Q. Where are the Public Hot Spring Pools?

A. The Public Mineral Pool is located across the street from the Executive Hotel. Hours of operation are 9am to 9 pm daily. Cost for an adult is $8.00 and for children $ 5.00.


Q. Do you allow pets?

A. Yes, Executive hotel is pet friendly. We do have a small additional charge of $20.00 per night per pet.


Q. What about smoking?

A. Although all of our rooms are compliant with non-smoking, we do have a relaxing inner courtyard in which guests are welcome to enjoy a cigarette and enjoy our fish pond and water feature.


Q. What time is check–in time?

A. Check in time Mon. to Fri. is generally at 3pm.Saturday and Sunday Check in time is 4:00 pm.


Q. Am I allowed special requests?

A. Special Requests, such as specific room numbers types or locations, are noted and maintained in the reservation system, however they are subject to availability on date of arrival.


Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a major credit card number. A forty eight hours cancellation notice is required. Reservations cancelled within forty eight hours of arrival are subjects to a charge equal to the first night stay.


Q. Do you have accommodations for the physically challenged?

A. Yes, the Executive Hotel does offer accommodations for the physically challenges. Please contact the hotel directly.
